In the city of Rosario, a violent incident occurred on Thursday when a man physically assaulted a young woman who was serving him at a central bar. The man, who is about 40 years old, placed an order, consumed his food, and then struck the woman in the face. The attack was captured by the bar's security cameras and used as evidence to justify his detention. The woman, in turn, suffered injuries to her nasal septum and left cheekbone, which is why she filed a complaint with the authorities. The aggressor left the bar after the assault but was located shortly after by police officers. Additionally, employees stated that the man often exhibits erratic behavior, and they reported that he usually refuses to pay for what he consumes and has more than once attempted to steal food from the counter, according to the Argentine News Agency. In statements to the local press, another employee noted that "he habitually tries to leave without paying, so my colleague asked him how he was going to pay, and when she saw that she was waiting, he got up and hit her, without saying a word".
